These terms apply specifically to purchases made through our online shop, in addition to our general Terms of Use.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • Product descriptions are provided in good faith but may contain errors
  • Colours may vary due to monitor settings
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors
  • Product reviews reflect individual opinions, not RMS endorsements

3. ORDERS AND PRICING

Order Process:

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
  • Verification may be required before order acceptance

Pricing:

  • All prices exclude 15% VAT (added at checkout)
  • Prices subject to change without notice due to:
    • Supplier price updates
    • Currency fluctuations
    • Economic circumstances
  • Sale prices reflect previous higher pricing on our website

4. PAYMENT AND RISK

  • Payment required before dispatch
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to shipping carrier

5. DELIVERY AND INSPECTION

Delivery:

  • Inspect packages upon receipt
  • Report significant packaging damage immediately

Damage Claims:

  • Report product damage within 3 days of receipt

  • Installation damage is not covered

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return Authorisation required (email )
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Exclusions:

  • Custom or modified products
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Sale or discontinued items

Refund Process:

  • Refunds processed within 30 days of approved return
  • Refunds include product cost plus VAT
  • Original shipping charges not refundable

7. PRODUCT SUITABILITY

Customer Responsibility:

  • Ensure product suitability for intended use
  • Installation or use constitutes acceptance
  • Technical specifications available upon request

Our Limitations:

  • Not liable for installation damage
  • Not responsible for customer specification errors
  • No warranty on modified products
