FORD Frameline

It is the heart of the new TASEZ – Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (Africa’s first Automotive City) development in the East of Pretoria being managed by CDC ( Coega Development Corporation). The project is a Building Project and was tendered at 3 200 tons rebar for Supply and Install on site. It forms part of the new R 50 billion collaboration between Ford and Government, and the new VW Amarok is also set to be produced here.
Our first deliveries were made on 28 February, and we have to date supplied +- 1 500 tons.
The Structural Concrete part of the Project is set be complete at the end of August / early September, with Practical Completion (PC) set for February 2022.
